What we get called out for

End of tenancy
The full move-out clean, priced by property size. Oven, inside cupboards, limescale, the lot.

Carpets
Hot water extraction, not a bonnet mop. Most rooms are dry enough to walk on in a couple of hours.

Regular housework
Weekly or fortnightly, charged per cleaner per hour. Same person kept on your house.
Prices
These are our standard prices, not a teaser rate. A one bedroom flat is £207 for a full end of tenancy clean. Carpets and ovens are priced separately, because not everyone needs them.

Working in Chiswick
Chiswick is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces on long, tightly parked side roads off the High Road, with original tessellated paths, deep skirtings and stripped floorboards that need care rather than aggressive cleaning. Bedford Park adds the arts-and-crafts red-brick houses of the 1870s onwards, and Chiswick Mall and Strand on the Green keep Georgian riverside houses with cellars. Nearer the A4 there are 1930s mansion blocks and purpose-built flats, and a good share of the terraced stock has been split into upper and lower conversions.
Parking control here is patchy rather than blanket: the Chiswick Station zone only runs Monday to Friday 10am to noon, while Chiswick Mall runs 9am to 5pm, and Mid-Chiswick has been extended to include Sunday restrictions, so the rules change street by street.
Chiswick Mall floods at high spring tides and the road becomes impassable between Church Street and Chiswick Lane South, which affects both access and the ground-floor flooring choices in those houses.
The Hogarth roundabout and the Great West Road back up badly at peak, so a west-to-east job pairing in one morning is unrealistic without a buffer.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
Areas we cover
We work across Chiswick and the streets around it. These are the areas we get to most.
Bedford Park
W4. Norman Shaw's 1870s red-brick garden suburb, protected by a conservation area and an Article 4 direction.
Grove Park
W4. South of the A4 towards the river, quieter and more suburban with larger detached and semi-detached houses.
Turnham Green
W4. The commercial heart around Chiswick High Road, with flats above the shops and behind the parade.
Gunnersbury
W4. Western edge by Gunnersbury Park and the Chiswick roundabout, mixed period terraces and blocks.
Strand on the Green
W4. Georgian riverside terrace by Kew Bridge; the towpath frontage floods on high tides.
Acton Green
W4. Terraces between Chiswick Park and the Common, popular with families and heavily extended.
